Information we collect

When you submit a quote or contact form, we receive the information you enter: name, company, email, mobile number, required service, request details and preferred contact method. We also receive the page the form was sent from and campaign information if present in the link.

How we use it

We use this information only to contact you about your request and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your data or share it with marketing parties.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are sent to the company inbox dedicated to receiving requests; the website does not keep a copy in a database. Only the company’s sales and customer-service team can access them.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The Google Map embedded on the contact page may set its own cookies under Google’s policy.

Retention

Request correspondence is kept for as long as needed to follow up the request and the business relationship, then deleted under the company’s internal policy.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
